Thank you for choosing CUT GRIND POLISH. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Method & Delivery Times
We ship all orders via UPS. UPS delivers Monday through Saturday. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.
Total estimated time from order to delivery is 6–9 business days.
Shipping Rates
Free Shipping For Orders Over $250.
For orders under $250, a flat rate shipping fee of $15.00 applies.
Shipping Coverage
We ship nationwide across the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number. You can track your package at ups.com or through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@cutgrindpolish.com. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
