How to Find Your Tracking Number
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from CUT GRIND POLISH containing your UPS tracking number. Here's how to find it:
Step 1: Check your email inbox for a shipping confirmation from CUT GRIND POLISH. The subject line will include your order number.
Step 2: Open the email and look for your UPS tracking number. It will be a series of numbers and/or letters.
Step 3: Copy the tracking number and paste it into the tracking form above, or click the tracking link provided in the email to go directly to UPS.
Tip: If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. Emails sometimes end up there.
When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET Monday through Friday are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for UPS to update the tracking information in their system. If your tracking number shows no results right away, check back the next day.
Estimated Delivery Times
All orders ship via UPS from the Northeast United States. UPS delivers Monday through Saturday. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.
Haven't Received Your Tracking Information?
If you placed your order more than 2 business days ago and have not received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, please try the following:
— Check your spam or junk email folder
— Make sure the email address on your order is correct
— Search your inbox for "CUT GRIND POLISH" or your order number

Package Shows Delivered But Not Received?
If UPS shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please try the following:
— Check around your delivery area, including side doors, back porches, garages, and with neighbors
— Check with anyone else at your address who may have accepted the package
— Allow 24 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered before the final drop-off
If you still cannot locate your package after 24 hours, contact us at support@cutgrindpolish.com and we will work with UPS to resolve the issue.
