Ordering & Shipping

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship nationwide. Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping. If your order is below $250, we only charge a $15 flat shipping fee. Pallet orders will require some additional communication to get all of the details sorted out.

How long does shipping take?

We always try to ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will ship the following business day. Our shipments ship from the Northeast US. For example, New York to Los Angeles is usually about 5 days on average.

What carrier do you use?

We use UPS as our primary carrier. If you have a preference for a different carrier, we're happy to accommodate.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Order as much or as little as you need.

Products & Tools

How do you choose which tools to carry?

The tools and products we carry are proven. We don't supply products that haven't been on the market for at least one year. For example, the core bits at CUT GRIND POLISH have been on the market for a minimum of one year with thousands sold and cannot have a failure rate greater than 2%. A failure would mean a segment breaks or the tool stops working.

Why is your selection smaller than other suppliers?

Honestly, there aren't that many products that qualify to be sold by CUT GRIND POLISH. We're not looking for a large catalog of items. We'd rather have a small catalog of the best items.

Will these tools work on quartz, granite, marble, and porcelain?

We have tools for all types of material. Certain tools are made for just one type of material. There are some tools that will work on all materials, but the longevity of the tool may be shorter than when used on the material it was specifically designed for.

What RPM should I run your core bits at?

For best results, run core bits at 3,000 to 3,450 RPM. This will extend the lifetime of the core bit.

Can your tools be used wet or dry?

Most of our tools are capable and designed for both wet and dry use. The exception is bridge saw blades, which can only be used wet.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day money-back return policy. You can return the item for any reason. The item must be returned in order for a credit to be issued to your card.

What if a tool arrives damaged?

If a product is delivered damaged and unusable, you can return it and we will ship you the same item as a replacement.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

All products should work for what they are designed for. We stand by our products and will always make things right by the customer.
